At Dim Sum Inc. we made it our mission to give this ancient cusine a throughly modern update. We pimp our interior and make it a cozy place to hangout, we play our cool and groovy songs, and we challenged our Dim Sum chefs to create authentic Chinese dishes with bang-up-to-date western twist.
