Responsibilities

- Provide day to day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of software system
- Manage ad update documentation related to technical support
- Should be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details System design documents for projects
- Understand project thoroughly and review requirements, specifications and implementations
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

Skills Required

- At least Bachelor Degree of Computer SCience / Information Technology
- Good hands-on experience in manual testing, and good knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools and process
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL Database programming language
- Object-Oriented Program (OOP)
- Proficiency in programming language skill : C# / .Net / HTML / CSS / Javascript / PHP / Android

Experience Required

- At least 3 years of working experience as IT Programmer
