Responsibilities
1. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and systems integration.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with customers to get project opportunities.
4. Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
5. Follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
6. Assist customers during pre-sales, clarification meetings, and technical evaluations.
7. Support project handover from sales to execution team.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
9. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Skills Required
1. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
2. Bachelor or diploma degree (D3/D4/S1) in Engineering and Science Major
3. Good understanding of automatioon and IIoT products and systems
4. Good in english spolen and written
Experience Required
Experiences 3-5 years in Sales Engineer roles in similar business with a proven achievement in existing roles
