Responsibilities

As customer service staff, you have a responsibility to handling administration of sales team, respond to customer requests by chat, update reps of order status and delivery details, coordinate with the warehouse team, and also make report to sales team

Requirements :

- Maximum 28 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- At least strong with Ms. Excell
- Have a good communication skill
