PT. Swasti Tumbuh Lestari is a growing consulting company that focuses on delivering high-quality services for foreign investment company in Indonesia. We are currently seeking candidates to fill the Junior Accountant & Tax Consultant position. Succesfull candidates will be deployed to our office in Cengkareng, Kota Tangerang. Job Description:

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support in bookkeeping and data entry in accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns (e.g., PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT).
- Maintain organized and complete accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in handling tax administration (EFIN, e-bupot, e-filing, e-faktur).
- Support consultants in tax review or audit engagements.
- Liaise with clients for basic financial and tax data collection.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.

Skills Required

Minimum Requirements:

- Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s (S1) or diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, or Fiscal Administration.
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate with a relevant skill in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or tax.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulation (e.g., PPh and PPN).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Willingness to learn, good attention to detail, and ability to work under supervision.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and team collaboration.
