Based on the enterprise's business model, output localized entry strategy suggestions (such as channel selection, compliance procedures, brand positioning, etc.).
Risk Assessment and Solutions:
3. Identify potential risks that enterprises may face when going global (such as policies, taxation, supply chain, etc.), and provide avoidance or coping solutions.
Practical Experience Output:
Based on your own overseas expansion experience, sort out key process nodes for enterprises (such as overseas company registration, local team building, cross-border financial and tax compliance, etc.).
Share industry benchmark cases and lessons from failures, and assist enterprises in formulating implementation plans.
Syarat & Keahlian
Have structured analysis ability and be able to refine complex information into actionable implementation suggestions.
Fluent in Chinese or English.
Pengalaman
Practical experience in overseas markets, having led or been deeply involved in enterprise going-global projects (A brief description of the cases is required).
Familiar with the business environment and policies of at least one regional market (such as Southeast Asia, Europe and America, the Middle East, etc.).
