Responsibilities

Marketing Executive:

Work with the Department Manager to develop public affairs strategies to further the aims & align with the company's goals.
To build a strong corporate identity.
To support the execution of the Company's continuous improvement process strategy.
Recommend appropriate tactics for effective engagement to raise awareness and strengthen Company's reputation.
Proactively promote the company's value and reputation and key message and build strong relationships on social media through media lists, pitching stories, distributing news releases, reviewing inbound media opportunities, media engagements and coordinating interviews.
To assist in proofreading as well as editing internal and external communications materials to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging.
To execute the development, production and dissemination of materials (e.g.: media releases, press kits, etc.) and ensure high quality and timely print and online communications.
To ensure media and social media monitoring, tracking and analysis with creation reports.
To organize and execute the events related to the council e.g., corporate events, launching ceremonies, conferences, engagements etc.


Customer Service Executive:

To assist in the preparation and improvement of Standard Operation Procedures.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
To assist in the preparation of handover of vacant possession to customer.
To attend and handle all customer/ purchaser’s complaints/inquiries and ensure all inquiries and complaints are resolved.
To coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
To conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey and analyze feedback.
To deliver and maintain a high level of quality customer service.
To work effectively with others to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner and customers receive effective communication.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities instructed by the superior.

Skills Required

Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Aged between 25 and 35.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Gender is not a requirement.
