4. Submission Proposal / Policy Related to HR
5. Submission Report Related to HR to Internal / External Party

Skills Required

Job Requirement :
1. Education Min. S1 in major Management / Law
2. Experienced min. 5-7 years in the same field
3. Have a strong leadership personality and team player.
4. Familiar with all HR Business Process
(Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, People & Organization Development, Industrial Relationship).
5. Fluent in English is a must.
6. Live in the surrounding Bekasi Area.

Job Specification :
1. Certified as a Human Capital Officer / Human Capital Supervisor from BNSP is a plus.
2. Computer Literate
(Ms. Office, EDABU, SIPP , WLKP, SIINAS, & ERP System)
3. Knowledge of HR business process and HR tools.
4. Experienced in the automotive industry is preferred.
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Good communication skills, negotiation skills, reporting & filling.
