Prepare the work procedure of each activity in order to meet global quality & safety standards.
Monitor drawing issues and provide feedback to product marketing and design
Manage all incoming materials. Reviewing quality and quantities
Check whether the manufactured product is made according to the specification and has met global quality standards.
Liaise with suppliers regarding regarding supplier quality
Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
Monitor and report quality issues over time. Propose solutions
Propose quality improvement and cost saving projects
Oversee Mock-up/Control Sample quality inspections.
Participate in annual internal audit as internal auditor to ensure that quality management system effectiveness is up to ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSC, BIFMA, etc., requirements.

Syarat & Keahlian

Experience with furniture
Experience with quality control
Ability to speak English
Ability to use CAD
Proficient in Computer Skills
