To execute fabric coloration according to dyeing plan
To take preventive action for making dyeing defect like non desired shade, running shade, uneven etc.
To take corrective action for any dyeing fault of the fabric.
Coordination between quality control department and dyeing whether there is any non-conformance product and take necessary steps .
Coordination between batch and dyeing to load correct batches in dyeing machine and or adopt changes make in everyday dyeing plan.
Coordination between finishing and dyeing for any batches which would be operated differently other than regular process.
Provide any kind of sample to the respective merchandiser.
