Responsibilities

GMA is a leading growth marketing school in Asia and you will conduct strategic outreach campaigns to acquires traainer & business clients to develop & promote our knowledge product (Bootcamps & courses - Virtual & Onsite) to help GMA to become the no.1 growth school in Asia

We’re looking for an aggressive Business Development Specialist to help us meet our aggressive acquisition goals. He/ she will become a subject matter expert and drive execution of our strategy to recruit digital marketing leaders and create / promote top notch digital courses in Asia.

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for end-to-end process from outreach to follow-up in order to make an impact
- Conduct strategic outreach & automated campaigns to identify & acquire trainers & business clients via Linkedin, email & other channels
- Follow up with business clients to close the deal / Work with trainers to develop new educational products for various markets e.g. HK, TW & other cities in Asia
- Source, identifiy opportunities and coordinate with different stakeholders to formulate the best partnership structure related to content partnership, link building, distribution, brand collaboration, sales & marketing
- Manage & Follow up with the inbounding prospects


Skills Required

Requirements:
-More than 2 years of experience in business development, outreach campaign, content acquisition, lead generation or link building
-You present your thoughts clearly and persuasively, in both the written and spoken word
-You have experience in Linkedin automation, email outreach tools or lead generation / scrapping tools
-You can translate high-level strategy to its day-to-day implementation & operation guide
-You have business savvy and are a pragmatic thinker
-Fluent English and strong communication skills are must-haves

Bonus
- Having a good knowledge and resources of digital marketing / growth / data, digital marketing related experience
- Worked in Startups or Internet Industry before
- Have a passion in education / knowledge-based product
- Enjoy collaborate remotely with smart teammates in other cities in a startup / agile environment
- Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese
