Responsibilities

• Generate & improve new clientele
• Outdoor sales developing sales across all sectors promoting the needs of air circulation and other supporting items
• identify market potential and find potential leads, reach out new potential clients via cold calling, email, social media communication
• Develop and grow sales in the products that the company is dealing with
• Develop and grow sales coverage area
• Promote to new & existing customer of the products
• Deliver sales presentations / proposals to prospective clients and conduct proper follow up
• Meet monthly required target and exceed it
• Supervise and manage past, current and upcoming project
• Plan and coordinate work schedule across divisions
• Submit daily project & progress reports
• Working days: Monday to Saturday

Skills Required

• S1 / D3 in civil / business management / marketing & sales preferred
• 2 years experience in outdoor sales & project management preferred
• 2 Years experience in B2B sales, with results that you are proud of, would be an advantage
• Experience in planning & managing sales and project preferred
• Basic civil knowledge & experience
• Past experience in civil, construction and interior field is advantageous
• Own private vehicle and valid driving license ( SIM A / SIM C )
• Communication and negotiation skill is compulsory
• Honest, hardworking, fast learner, initiative and proactive
• An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage time, smartly organize work priorities, and multi-task in an efficient and effective manner
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills while capable of working under pressure

Experience Required

2 years experience in outdoor sales & project management preferred
