Sales Executive (Mandarin speaking)

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1.To communicate and handle customer enquiry and problems, be in good daily communication with customers, cultivate strong loyal customer group, and able to complete sales performance indicators;
2.To follow up with logistics department for updated information, and assist in after-sales service to solve customer problems, if any
3.To record, classify, archive, and manage customers’ feedback, and provide feedback to other departments business processes optimization

Skills Required

Job Requirements:

1.Proficiency in writing, speaking and reading in local language is essential.
2.High proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and can type fast.
3.A good team player with strong communication skill. Able to work under pressure while possessing excellent customer service skill.
4.Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Experienced staff with online sales background or customer services will be added advantage.
