Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure the employee compensation and benefit are provided and distribute to eligible employee on time without complain
- Monitor and ensure the HC reports internal submitted on time with no mistake and accurate
- Contribute to other related project/tasks given by Head of Department
- Monitoring internal HC systems and database, and create detailed reports on HC costs
- Design and implement company policies

Skills Required

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- High level on communication and coordinating skill
- Flexible, open minded, capable to cope with dynamic and fast paced working environment
- Detailed, accurate and organized person
- Required Skills: Experience designing compensation and benefits packages, Ability to develop clear and fair company policies, Having leadership and decision-making abilities

Experience Required

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
