Responsibilities

• Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
• Direct and escort visitors / guests to appropriate destination or waiting rooms. Monitors visitors’ access
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them through the switchboard or PABX system or keep messages. Places outgoing calls.
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, cars, meeting room, etc.)
• Maintains safe, clean and tidy reception area by complying with procedures and rules.

Skills Required

• Female, single, maximum 23 years old
• Good looking, attractive and good personality
• D1 or maximum D3 graduated from Accounting or Secretarial College. Additional qualifications will be a plus
• Preferably experienced as Front Desk/Receptionist & Telephone Operator.
• Familiarity in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation

Experience Required

Preferably experienced as Front Desk/Receptionist & Telephone Operator.
• Familiarity in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
