Responsibilities• Responsible in preparing, planning and supervising the Sales & Marketing budget and financial needs and evaluating their use periodically.
• Responsible for analyzing and making sales forecasts at certain time periods based on market conditions and determining sales targets.
• Responsible for planning, directing, developing and managing Inquiry or orders from customers based on established procedures.
• Responsible for providing monthly reports to the Director relating to sales target achievement, sales & marketing operational activities and customer complaints received
• Responsible for fostering good relationships with customers and planning events to retain customers.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that support sales efforts, and generate repeatable results Identify and analyze competition, research new target markets, and assist with events and trade-show activities.
Skills Required• Education: Bachelor Degree any major
• Language: English Business Level (understand Japanese will be an advantage)
• Experience: 5 – 10 years in Sales & Marketing/Business Development from FOOD HORECA Industry.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• A people person who's dynamic with proven track record.
• Experienced in managing a dynamic team in a result oriented environment
