The responsibilities of a Project Administrator include, but not limited to:

• Placing calls
• Planning projects
• Updating the project calendar
• Performing administrative duties
• Tracking projects
• Recommending changes
• Following instructions
• Resolving issues related to the project
• Reporting to Supervisor
• Hiring transportations / logistics and other service providers
• Responsible for arranging goods to customer
• Making invoices and other invoicing related documents
• Making reminder for Customer payment due date

Skills Required

Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Work
Menguasai standar email dan komputer
Menguasai Bahasa Inggris

Experience Required

Minimal 1-2 Tahun di bidang administrasi perkantoran/ akuntansi
