Responsibilities

Job Description

- Support client operations and enquiries, including KYC, profile setup and account maintenance
- Support regular reports and operational procedures update and other ad-hoc related assignments
- Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by Sales Manager
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities by phone, email or live chat etc.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships by providing professional market analysis, delivering premium customer services and resolving client issues effectively
- Demonstrate trading platform related to FX/CFD products to the clients
- Assist with the running and present at educational seminars and workshops
- Consistently achieve departmental set metrics
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures

Skills Required

Requirements

- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Tele Sales experience, preferably gained in financial industry
- Good understanding of securities business. FX and CFD is a plus
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Qualified to be registered under exchange/regulators licensed person in relevant regulated activities is an advantage
- Native in Bahasa, good communication skills both written and oral in English
