Responsibilities1. Clean up practice class (Kitchen Lab & Pastry-Bakery lab)
2. Clean the sink and pot area.
3. Keeping the grease trap clean.
4. Maintain cleanliness floor lab area and kitchen equipment any time.
5. Take care of the cleanliness of the wastage room.
6. Washing all production equipment and services in the Food and Beverage and Event Banquet departments.
7. Tidy up all the tools after the wash, and return it to warehouse.
8. Participate in the preparation of all matters related to the event
Skills Required1. Age max 35 years old
2. Should have at least 2 year experiences in similar position
3. Familiar with cleaning kitchen equipment: know how to clean and do treatment for kitchen equipment
4. Must possess an ability to handle multiple tasks
5. Ensure food preparation and presentation in relevant food production area conform to the requisite standard.
