Turnkey Lender

Responsibilities

SALES:
Follow up with Customers relating to Enquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders and clarifications to ensure ‘best practice’ has been delivered.
Work closely with development team to offer correct solution and pricing to each opportunity.
Competently assess current workload and meet team objectives.
Follow a sales strategy to ensure Turnkey Lender remains competitive within the market, including:
Adhere to Sales dynamics approach.
Competently perform quote follow-up procedures.
Provide solution delivery in timely manner.
Competently utilize marketing tools provided by Turnkey Lender.
Perform sales visits to customers and potential customers if required

SUPPORT KEY ACCOUNTS:
Processing of key customer transactional orders from initial quotation through to solution delivery where required. This includes working closely with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery for all quotation (sales), specification analysis (business analyst) and solution development (technical development team).
Co-coordinating with project managers and business analyst ensuring delivery of all estimates, manpower, development and UAT to support customer scheduled customization development requirement where necessary.
Attend all relevant contract handover, contract review and pre-outage meetings when required.
Attend customer visits where required

GENERAL:
Attend all related Sales & Marketing meetings.
Maintain quote trackers and marketing tool with all opportunities.
Plan customer contacts for prospecting in accordance with current target markets.
Support sales paperwork with office administration of quotes and order processing.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting process.
Undertake customer satisfaction & feedback questionnaires where required.
Liaise with all Turnkey Lender departments to maximise levels of service to customers.
Assisting colleagues where possible to help Turnkey Lender meeting our common commercial goals..
Promote the interests of the company.

Experience Required

Qualified to a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) within a relevant category and at least 1 year experience within a sales support environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work from own initiative.
Working knowledge yg SaaS based solution.
Good reading, writing and speaking in English language.
Familiar with Skype.
Familiar with Whatsapp.
