Skills Required

Min. Diploma/ Bachelor Degree
Experience from the Risk/ Operation/Underwriting department - verification, underwriting, fraud prevention
Understanding of Credit Bureau inquiry logic (SID, APPI)
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong underwriting and analytical background
Focus on customer information and verification
Able to work on shifts
