ResponsibilitiesProvide continues development to Sales Network trough various channel development (In-Class, Elearning, Coaching 1 - 1, Field Coaching or Training) to support Sales Network on Soft skill and technical skill.
Ensure quality of SA that are delivered to Sales Network are the best quality trough pre-Test and Post-Test on training and maintain the high level quality with pass rate.
Ensure Document quality on the sales network trough in-class and field training.
Coordinate with sales network to maintain and increase the sales performance in the sales network.
FSPD30 numbers as expected by company and coordinate with sales network to have any action to be done to get the standard level.
Continues development trough for EL by increasing accessed rate in the network.
Ensure quality of SA's development on Sales network.
Positive feedback development for trainers from customer to put as feedback for improvement.
Internal development from manager feedback for self improvement.
External development from AF to support self development and to support Risk prevention.
Delivered standard quality of SA trough field training.
Coordinate with Sales QA field to delivered SA with excellence service and standard.
Coordinate with Sales Risk Trainer to deliver the high standard training for risk Prevention.
Skills RequiredCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management/HR/Psychology.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related position is required for this position; in consumer finance environment/Insurance/Banking Industry in adult training or similar position.
Experience in Sales Area or Training Area.
Good knowledge on MS Office ,Excel Power Point, especially Power Point.
Excellent & effective English communication skills.
Work experience as Sales Agent/ DSM/Sales Supervisor with excellent performance.
Work experience in International training company or consumer finance area.
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Self Motivated and Target oriented.
Innovative, Focus on Result, High Self confidence and ability to work under pressure under dynamic situation with high adaptability.
