A. Quality Process

1. Responsible of all audit process on all CRS division.
2. Set Up process and develop the evalution reporting for audit process
3. Control and Monitoring the process on Desk, Field and Receipt Book audit
4. Ensure having enough capacity to the process

B. Development

1. Develop and initiate policy to be implement that need to be communicated to all the CRS division. Supporting training process
2. Do Calibration process with Desk and Field in order to have more better process.
3. Program Evaluation
4. Documented all Quality reporting process and Policy Process.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness trough Feedback

Skills Required

Training experience (at least 2 years) – conducting trainings and creating training materials.
Experience with team management.
Experience from collections
English – written and spoken
