Handle inbound and outbound dialer (performance tuning, peaks monitoring, capacity monitoring)
Creating dialer reports on daily basis.
Monitoring Idle, abandon on real time basis and optimize the waiting time and highlight issues and provide recommendations to Head of CRM Analytics.
Handling campaigns & skill setup for outbound and inbound dialer and ensure everything is align with current procedure.
Analyze the real-time performance & coming up with proposals or recommendations for improvement.
Advance technical skills to be able to identified issues and do the troubleshoot.
Communication with IT Team resolve the technical issues

Skills Required

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science or Engineering.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
Work Experience of over 2 years with predictive dialling and its management / reporting.
Deep understanding in Ms. Excel for reporting necessities.
Good English communication.
Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
