IT Analyst - Jakarta

Responsibilities

To be key IT analyst and support for core back-office & front-office applications
To understand business processes (preferable from consumer finance or banking business), to talk to business representatives
To describe new business requirement and improvements
To perform 2nd and 3rd level application support
Investigate bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior
Track and monitor system issues
Provide application support for business users and internal customers
Perform software tests
To cooperate with our international SW provider
To create, prepare, and maintain system documentation
Take care of system localization

Skills Required

Candidates must be Fluent in English, written and spoken
Candidates must have University degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position – IT/business analyst, 2nd or 3rd level of application support
Understanding of end-to-end business processes
Analytical mind which is able to process information logically
Problem solver - ability to identify, track and solve issue
SQL knowledge is a necessary
Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software
Attention to details
