Responsibilities

Performing day to day operational activities in customer service using Malaysian (Melayu) Language as first language
Giving excellent services for costumers
Receive and respond to all incoming inquiry by Phone, Email, Facebook, Twitter and Chat
Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities

Skills Required

Male / Female
Maximum 30 years old
Able to speak fluently using Malaysian language as first language
Preferably able to speak using English language as second language
Minimum SMA, preferably D3/S1 from any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service / Call Center
Computer literate
Familiar with online purchasing, social media, and mobile application is a plus
Willing to work in shifting schedule
Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
Able to work in a large team
Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
Helpful, discipline, honest, critical, and high initiative
Have a good customer service skill (customer-oriented)
