Business Development Manager (Power Sector)



• Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Establishes formal sales plans and strategies.
• Assist in the generation of commercial/technical proposals.
• Attend meetings with prospective customers for contract negotiations.
• Carry out product and company presentations.
• Attend exhibitions.
• Support network of Distributors.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, knowledge of the offshore market, key
market drivers and competitor position.
• Involve in technical/commercial suggestions or solutions that will enhance the
overall competitiveness of company product

Skills Required

• Strategic and resourceful
• Self-starting and disciplined attitude
• Excellent communication skill
• Possess good business acumen and able work independently
• Minimum experience of 5 years in power sector, and at least 2-3 years of
managerial experiences, preferable with own customer base in PLN, PJB,
Captive power stations
• Able to travel within Indonesia, 50% of time and able to drive
• Proficient in Bahasa & English language.
• Report to HQ in Singapore monthly
