Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

-Create training materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
-Schedule training sessions, manage information technology and other equipment, and arrange for course registration.
-track and analyze trends in talent development, diagnose the root of the problem, and develop recommendations for innovative talent development strategies.
-determine training needs and requirements for organizations or groups by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or managing surveys.
-monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up to date and make updates as needed.

Syarat & Keahlian

-Minimum Education Bachelor / Masters is prioritized in the Department of Management of F & B Services, Education / Teaching / Training, Hotel Management.
-Maximum age of 45 years
-sufficient knowledge of the principles and best practices of talent development.
-Have experience in restaurants, hospitality or retail
-problem solving, have good communication

Pengalaman

Minimum 5 years experience as Traning and development manager.
