Position Overview:
We are looking for someone experienced with recruitment process, you are responsible for all aspects of inbound candidate screening and processing. You must have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, function independently and time management skill is also highly needed. It is imperative that the individual in this position must have tremendous social skills and be able to clearly communicate to various people.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, majoring Psychology, Economics, Business, and other related fields.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required skills(s): Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide.
- Experienced in use of psychological tests for the assessment
- Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Will be placed in Sleman (Babarsari).

Work Hour(s):
Monday - Friday : 08.00 WIB - 17.00 WIB

Syarat & Keahlian

Work Description:
- Responsible in recruiting program includes searching, analysis and interviewing of candidates on a daily to weekly basis.
- Supports/improves processes for strong recruitment to include developing job descriptions, creating job announcements, networking, screening and interviewing candidates when needed.
- Develops, maintains and updates as needed the proposal recruitment manual outlining processes, policies, and best practices.
- Serves as administrator for recruitment websites as well as manages and follow up the applicant's CVs.
