Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan– Applying HC policies throughout the organization to ensure adherence to current practice and new developments
– Ensuring adherence to the HC programs and practices
– Responsible for advising, coordinating and communicating from management to employee
– Providing advice and support to HC Manager regarding HC activities including but not limited to labor relations, employee Relations, benefits, retention initiatives, etc.
Syarat & Keahlian– High level of communication skill
– Strategic direction and leadership skill
– Native in English and good English command
– Able to control and socializing the aplication of employee/labour laws
– Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Law.
– 25-30 years old
– Willing to work mobile in Tangerang area
