Online Customer Service Representative

The online Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers via emails and preparing the online shop orders. He/She has to provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.

TASKS:
• Check daily orders
• Find goods and organize the stock prepare and send the shipping label including packing and write the letter
• Create invoice and packing list
• Create the shipment label
• Follow up missing items and new orders
• Customer service email
• Check the inventory of the packaging and delivery service pouch
• Coordination with the delivery service pick up
• Manage the stock file

Syarat & Keahlian

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Strong computer and internet skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, & Adobe Photoshop)
• Can work in a team
• Good handwriting
• Customer service aware
• Reliable and commitment
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
